With MyLifeLine.org, cancer patients and caregivers can connect to their community of family and friends, allowing them to share their cancer journey, get support, and focus on healing. When you set up a personal webpage, you will be able to: Share updates. Centralize your communication and update family and friends on your treatment process in one place, including the ability to post photos. Coordinate help. Get the help you need by organizing meals, rides to treatment, and more. Receive supportive messages. Feel empowered from messages of love and support from friends and family. Control privacy. The Trailblazers is a program at Stonewall Columbus for LGBTQ Adults ages 50+ that was created through a generous gift from The Legacy Fund. Trailblazer events include seminars, computer workshops, The Trailblazer Newsletter, and Social Outings. Each year Stonewall hosts a series of seminars on issues ranging from legal issues, healthcare and computer use. The Trailblazer Newsletter goes out via email about twice a month and highlights a variety of upcoming events and outings. Our popular social outings happen at least once a month where Trailblazers meet at the Center on High and get a ride to the theater or a concert, and then finish up at Union Cafe for discounted food and drinks. The Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival has a special Trailblazer Lounge where you can get out of the sun, relax, and even use separate restrooms. Ask about getting a Trailblazer wristband so you can get in! This year has been busy for the Trailblazers, and there is still much more to come, so join us!

Program committed to enhancing the quality of family life and promoting the physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness of the individual. It provides health-related activities and cultural and educational programs that reflect the Jewish heritage. Although primarily a membership JCC, the JCC also delivers services to the community at large, including populations at risk. Through its wide array of programs, the JCC pursues its mission of strengthening the individual, family and community.

Provides information, support and social activities for families of children with Down syndrome(including special activities for grandparents and for siblings). Advocates for improvement in services for those with Down Syndrome. Also provides grants for medical care, physical and speech therapies, conference fees and other activities to group members. Grants are awarded based on availability of funds and group involvement. Grants are paid directly to the service provider.
