Offers a program for adolescent males and young men to spend time with consistent volunteers who are there to encourage and help participants. During programming times young men get to participate in dodge ball, basketball, working on projects, and other activities. A meal is served.

Provides a wide range of supervised recreational activities for youth. Offers a safe haven, adult role models, and a variety of programs that support the educational, emotional, physical, and social development of youth, without regard to social, racial, ethnic, or religious background.
Provides an all day program at Friendly House for nine weeks during the summer months. A hot, nutritious meal is served for lunch and children are encouraged to bring an afternoon snack with them. Children participate in many of the same activities as the Afterschool Program, including swimming twice per week in indoor pool. Also offers “stay-cations” in Mansfield by going to places like the Clearfork Reservoir, Ohio Bird Sanctuary, walking tour of the Ohio State Reformatory, and the Great Mohican Pow-Wow. These field trips are partially funded through the Richland County Foundation Summertime Kids Grant.

Provides individualized volunteer placement for eligible youth who want to develop job skills, explore possible future careers, gain self-confidence, and provide a valuable service to the agency of placement. Placements include libraries, museums, hospitals, animal shelters, restaurants, and grooming salons. Group Volunteer Experiences projects are designed to give members a positive connection to the community and allow them to feel like community heroes. Program may include annual trips to do volunteer activities with other organizations in the United States and internationally.

Provides after-school youth enrichment programs for children and youth in Preschool through grade 12.

A comprehensive, informal prevention education program accessible to all girls ages 5-17 years. The program allows young girls to experience the challenges, adventures and special opportunities that girls need in order for them to develop to their full potential.
Offers voluntary, informal education programs that emphasize the total development of youth through activities from animals to outdoor adventure, shooting sports, food and nutrition to science and photography.
Provides for the spiritual, social, mental and physical development of children and youth and their families through a broad-based program which includes classes, recreational activities, fitness programs, leadership development opportunities, camping, youth clubs, parent-child programs, youth employment support services, cross-cultural exchange programs, community involvement opportunities and a variety of other activities that give participants a chance to develop a wide range of interpersonal relationships, strengthen family ties, and to achieve a satisfying degree of personal growth.
Clubhouse is a free after school and summer tutoring program. At Clubhouse, teens help build life skills, and confidence in a child's ability through enrichment programs.
