Give an Hour is a national nonprofit that provides barrier-free mental health counseling. We are able to do this incredible work because of our network of mental health professionals across the nation who volunteer one hour per week for one year to those who qualify for our services. Our current populations include service members, veterans, and their loved ones, and those affected by natural and man-made disasters. In order to participate in the Give an Hour network, providers must register with our non-profit.
