Provides a continuum of services within the school-based programs that spans from prevention to intensive special education services. All services within the school-based programs are provided on site in education-based settings throughout Montgomery and Preble counties in South Central Ohio. Students in these programs have access to quality evidence strength-based programming and highly trained staff. This includes care coordination through case management, prevention services, mental health therapy and psychiatric services. In addition, every district has access to crisis support and a crisis debriefing intervention team in the event of a catastrophic event in their district as a part of their emergency preparedness planning with our agency.

Within the juvenile court system, TASC monitors adjudicated children ages 12 to 18 years old for alcohol/drug abuse. Workers establish case management plans for youth, ensure they go to mandated counseling sessions, and attend school. The TASC program lasts a minimum of six months and can continue until such time as the youth leaves the juvenile court system. Also, agency is a certified outpatient treatment agency, providing adolescent drug and alcohol services.
