Kettering Health Behavioral Medical Center is a comprehensive behavioral health campus offering a continuum of mental health services, including acute mental health and co-occurring (mental health and substance use) inpatient adult care, adult intensive outpatient programs, outpatient counseling, and outpatient medication management appointments. Treatment programs are carefully tailored to individual’s diagnosis, condition, and situation. Services are covered by most insurance companies; Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.

Provides 24 hour nursing social services, psychological services, and activities for adults age 21 and older. Also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Program provides initial assessment and referrals for counseling. Includes individual, family, budget, and substance abuse counseling.

At the Guadalupe Center, we provide services including a food pantry, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, nutrition classes, preventative health screenings, legal and immigration consultations and referrals, and comprehensive case management. To help the Hispanic community eliminate barriers to employment stability, counselors work with individuals to assess job skills and potentials, provide 30+ hours of classroom education to build job interviewing/application skills and better understand American workplace expectations, help in job placement, and provide follow-up/job retention support. Services also include English as a Second Language (ESL) and career development counseling.

The South-Western City School District Head Start and Early Childhood Education program strives to meet the social, intellectual, emotional, and physical needs of each child.

Offers individual, group and family therapy to help with the development of interpersonal and decision-making skills for adolescent 12-17 at risk for suspension or expulsion from school due to emotional problems and/or behavior difficult.

Assists individuals in managing their mental health or substance use disorders so that they are empowered to become healthy, productive and accountable citizens of our community. Services include, but are not limited to: individual and group therapy, case management, psychiatric care, medication assisted therapy, prevention and school based programming.

Serves adjudicated and Non-adjudicated youth. Provides theraputically specific services to youth who are demonstrating sexually inappropriate, abusive, or offending behaviors.

Provides stabilization for adults ages 18 and up during crisis, assisting in providing a higher level of functioning.

Provide individual therapy to assist to help with mental health diagnosis

Our individual counseling will help you make progress toward your goals and identify plans for healing and recovery. Our fully credentialed counselors are specially trained to help patients process challenging emotional experiences related to addiction including trauma, grief, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, and others. Your dedicated individual therapist will work together with you in an understanding, collaborative manner to develop personalized treatment goals. This step ensures that your treatment timeline and intensity is matched to your unique history and needs. These are critical steps in overcoming the disease of addiction.

Provides telehealth services available for counseling and case managment services for individuals and families.

Provides a support group for women who have been victims of physical and/or emotional abuse. Provide individual therapy to survivors who have been abused.

Supports families after initial crisis is over. The Counseling Program provides youth and families with a counselor who will work with families to help them find common ground and make long term changes. Also provides community based and family centered services that meet with youth at home, in school or at another mental health facility.

South Community Inc. provides a continuum of services within the school-based programs that spans from prevention to intensive special education services. All services within the school-based programs are provided on site in education-based settings throughout Montgomery and Preble counties in South Central Ohio. Students in these programs have access to quality evidence strength-based programming and highly trained staff. This includes care coordination through case management, prevention services, mental health therapy and psychiatric services. In addition, every district has access to crisis support and a crisis debriefing intervention team in the event of a catastrophic event in their district as a part of their emergency preparedness planning with our agency.

Consolidated Care Inc. is a collective of many behavioral health services which provides a variety of counseling approaches including group and individual counseling.

Offers therapy for children and parenting services to non-offending parents from homes experiencing domestic violence.

We have two online support groups: 1. Parents of Children with Epilepsy 2. We are a non-judgmental, personable provider. Our most comprehensive service is the Map for Healing & Recovery program, a fast track guide to help anyone, physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually, including life purpose. We also provide personal coaching/mentoring for individuals, couples and families. We offer an optional, spiritual, inner healing prayer for deeper hurts and general prayer support for all participants. We teach about and officiate baptisms. We can also help some of our members in need with other job and life skills and other assistance. Volunteering can often be "therapeutic" and there are dozens of rewarding ways to help, in person and virtually. We also have regular social events. All services are offered in person in the Dayton area and online, anywhere in the country.

Outpatient counseling provides family, individual and group counseling and therapy. Program assists children and their families with problems like attention-deficit, anger management, oppositional behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss and conflict resolution. Case management services can be added when needed.

Offers outpatient mental health services. Diagnostic Assessment, individual and group counseling, Psychiatric Services.

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.
