The Link offers prevention and diversion from juvenile justice and child welfare systems through a single point of contact identifying underlying issues contributing to concerning behavior. Youth who are struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or socially are assessed for indicators of mental health and substance use disorders, issues related to basic needs, history of traumatic experiences, indicators of human trafficking, and other areas of need. Youth identified with mental health and/or substance concerns are referred to a comprehensive assessment with a local mental health agency. Additional supportive community resources are also provided, as needed.

Provides emergency mental health services for adults ages 18+, including those who are experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis, such as risk of harm to self or others, significant emotional or behavioral changes, or impending or active withdrawal symptoms.

Provides individual music therapy sessions.

Provides medical services and medication management for behavioral health issues.

Provides crime victims with the information and emotional support necessary to make their way through the process of seeking justice. Our services are free of charge, confidential, and provided only at the victim's request.

Service provided once every thirty (30) days. If a caregiver is picking up a client's food, they must have a written note from the client.

Treatment programs are carefully tailored to individual’s diagnosis, condition, and situation. Services are covered by most insurance companies; Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.
