A 24-hour residential facility with the capacity to evaluate and treat psychiatric emergencies and provide respite care. Anti-Human Trafficking Program | Salvation Army Central Ohio Area

Provides 24-hour emergency response to help human trafficking survivors exit trafficking. Offers case management services to assist survivors in building stability. Case Management includes safety planning, basic needs support, linkage to shelter, linkage to legal assistance, trauma therapy, behavioral health support, employment, and education, housing search assistance and rental assistance, criminal justice system advocacy. Other supportive services include trauma recovery groups, street outreach, drop in center services, and law enforcement victim advocacy.

Provides immediate response to a homeless youth or a youth at risk of becoming homeless as well as for victims of human trafficking. Will link caller to needed services. May be able to place child in a foster home (note: can only place one child at a time, so this is not an emergency option and is NOT a shelter).

Youth Crisis Intervention | Netcare Access

Mental health, alcohol and drug crisis needs of youth ages 0-18, and their families are addressed at Netcare by Youth Crisis Services. Youth clinicians conduct a standardized risk assessment and work to stabilize youth at the least restrictive level of care. Crisis management and linkage with ongoing mental health or substance abuse service providers will occur when needed. This program is committed to the best available care of youth and families in crisis.

Runaway/Homeless Youth Helplines | Safe Place Network

Network of designated places which provide access to immediate help and supportive resources for youth in need. The program designates schools, fire stations, libraries, and other youth-friendly organizations as Safe Place locations, which display the yellow and black sign. Employees at the designated Safe Places will contact the local Safe Place youth organization. *Local Safe Place Agencies: Huckleberry House and Sojourners *Safe Places in Fairfield and Hocking County are currently located in 43110, 43068, 43138, 43135. Clients outside those zip codes can still reach out to be connected to the closest Safe Place and youth organization.

Child Protective Services And Reporting | Fairfield County Job And Family Services

Investigation, intervention, and advocacy for children under 18 who are at risk or victims of abuse including physical or emotional abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, abandonment, or financial exploitation. Hotline for abused children and concerned others who are in need of advice, guidance and/or emotional support. *Families who have an open child abuse case following emergency response or who have been identified as being at risk for child abuse or neglect may be able to work with reunification services to establish a case plan for ongoing services which may allow the child to remain in the home or return to the home if previously removed. Services include counseling, family plans and reunification voucher for housing.

Operates crisis stabilization units (multiple beds available at each location). Provides crisis support, supervision, and individualized clinical treatment with multiple beds available at each location. The service is designed as an alternative to hospitalization, or as a step-down from hospitalization, for individuals who are experiencing serious emotional problems and shorten a person's length of stay in the hospital by providing a transition from inpatient to community treatment. Offers medication intervention, coordination of internal/external services, and linkage with other treatment and resources.

Provides a 24 hour hotline, support and safe shelter if needed to assist primary and secondary victims of sexual assault. Also offer on site hospital advocates to meet with the survivors to assist in the initial crisis intervention and to answer any questions of the survivor and family members who may be on site. Gives referrals to other agencies within the community. Provides legal advocates to assist in the trial process, if charges are pressed and assist in the filing of the Victims Compensation forms. Also offer community education, training to new sexual assault volunteer advocates and have speakers available.
