Assesses individuals for outpatient mental health services based on their presenting problems, medical history, and other background information. Following assessment a treatment plan is formulated and appropriate treatment begins.

Provides a wide range of mental health services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and care coordination. May include support for: depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, behavioral problems, stress management more.

Offers support for mothers at risk for postpartum depression. Services include a support group, mental health assessment, counseling, psychiatric care, and referrals to community resources. Transportation and child care can be arranged for appointments.

A free, voluntary, anonymous mental health and alcohol education screening program offered to military personnel and their families in all branches, including veterans, the National Guard and Reserve. The self-assessments are a series of questions that, when linked together, help create a picture of how an individual is feeling and whether they could benefit from further evaluation or treatment. The assessments are available online, over the phone, and at special events held at installations worldwide.
