Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Providing mental and behavioral health assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and families including individual therapy, group therapy, case management, and medication services.

Provide 28 bed, acute, short-term inpatient psychiatric care.

Inpatient care is often recommended when the emotional, psychological and behavioral problems have reached a crisis and the patient needs a safe environment to stabilize. As the crisis is addressed, the team assesses the need for follow-up outpatient care and puts a plan in place to support the patient’s continued recovery. Services include medication management, group therapy and activities, ECT, further consultation, and education. Physicians may request a psychiatric assessment and evaluation for medical patients with psychiatric complications who are currently receiving inpatient hospital care. A psychiatrist, advance practice nurse or LISW will evaluate the patient, make recommendations for treatment and follow the patient’s course of care until he/she is stabilized.

Offers screenings for people who are concerned about their mental health and wellness. Screenings may identify central issues and indicate a need for further evaluation and/or treatment, such as inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, medication, or therapy.

Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Units Substance Use Disorder Detoxification Dual Diagnosis

Provides medication management for mental health, ADHD testing, Autism testing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, FDA approved Nasal Esketamine, IV Ketamine, Nursing services, and weight loss support services. Safe Zone for LGBTQ+.

30-unit apartment complex for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Preference is given for homeless individuals, but it is not mandatory for admittance. Each of the Apple Grove buildings has five one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, bath, and living room/dining room combination. On-site community building provides an indoor recreation area, and ample outdoor space is also available for recreational programs. Community support services are provided to individuals by The Counseling Center.

Provides clinical intake for mental health evaluations on a wide range of mental health conditions and mood disorders, including assessment for psychiatric medication services and services related to the aging process. Provides a full range of psychiatric therapies and psychiatric counseling services. Offers the availability of joining research studies to those that are eligible.

The individual mental health needs are evaluated in order to determine an appropriate treatment plan and goals that are specific to each participant as they begin the wellness process.

Offers a variety of behavioral health services to address the needs of children, adolescents and their families. Services include child and adolescent psychiatry, counseling, developmental behavioral pediatrics, psychology, ADHD, feeding disorders and cerebral palsy treatment.

Evaluates individuals who are in need of services related to mental health care and/or alcohol or other drug use disorder.
