The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering Mental Health services for adults and children. Tele-counseling with a certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry, is available. Other services include mental health screening, individual counseling for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addiction and other behavioral issues.

Offers an psychiatric intake interview to identify a person's primary problems and concerns, compile a personal medical and psychiatric history, evaluate symptoms, assess medical issues, determne a mental health diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and precribe psychiatric medications for symptoms as needed.

Temporary living environment where treatment and support services can begin. Six beds; not a crisis unit; length of stay two weeks, up to one month. For persons with mental health problems who are homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless, or need to acquire skills and access to resources to achieve independent living.

Parenting group focusing on positive ways to parent young children. Child sitting available if needed. Classes are seven 2-hour sessions from October 7- November 18, 2021held at Alta's Campus of Care location at 1960 E. County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio.

Offers individual and group counseling to those whose lives have been affected by their own or a loved one's use or abuse of drugs or alcohol. Provides assessement for drug use disorder as well as mental health issues. Offers psychiatric counseling. Offers dual diagnosis services for those with mental health concerns and substance abuse issues. Peer Recovery Support may also be part of the program.

Provides medication management for mental health, ADHD testing, Autism testing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, FDA approved Nasal Esketamine, IV Ketamine, Nursing services, and weight loss support services. Safe Zone for LGBTQ+.

Provides screening, diagnosis, and treatment for youth who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Treatment may include individual counseling, case management, school-based therapy, group counseling, home-based therapy, and medication management. Services may be provided in a variety of settings including offices, homes, schools, and community agencies.

Conducts high quality court-ordered evaluations in the most efficient manner possible to protect the needs of people with mental illness or mental retardation who become involved in the criminal justice system.

Provides a central clearinghouse that can refer children and families to mental health services. Licensed social workers and clinical counselors can assess caller's needs and direct them to the appropriate service which might include the emergency room, an in-patient hospital service, or a local therapist/counselor.

Provides intake and assessment for prospective clients to determine the best plan of action for treatment and services.

Provides Behavioral Support Services to children and adults. Services available for children and adults include some of the following but not limited to; - Conduct functional assessments to determine persons’ behavioral support needs - Analyze data on problematic behaviors - Develop personalized behavioral interventions - Train team members on behavioral prevention, intervention and crisis management approaches The Behavioral Support Specialists, in cooperation with the person supported, their Service and Support Administrator (SSA), and other team members, completes an assessment and develops strategies for the Individual Service Plan (ISP). Plans which include restrictive measures are approved by the Rights Committee (RC) and are reviewed every 90 days. The Behavioral Support Specialists are available to work with families or residential staff to develop strategies to use at home or in the community. The Behavioral Support Specialist’s are also available to assist with development of strategies for eligible children who attend school in their local school district.
