Provides psychiatric evaluations of individuals accused of felony offenses for the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Pretrial evaluations are conducted to determine the individual's competency to stand trial and sanity at the time of the alleged offense. Following conviction or the entry of a guilty plea, examiners perform mitigation reports to determine assignment to various probation programs. Evaluations are also completed to help determine whether an individual who has been convicted of a sexually oriented crime should be labeled a sexual predator. Does not provide psychiatric evaluations as a condition of probation.

Offers competency and sanity evaluations, expert testimony, and the forensic monitoring of probationers and parolees for adults involved with the criminal justice system.

Performs assessments and counseling in order to minimize oppositional defiant and disruptive behavior of clients that affect their daily functioning. Goals aim to reduce or prevent involvement with the criminal and juvenile justice systems and psychiatric hospitalization. Minimizes the amount of time spent in out-of-home placement and disruptions in school. Assist clients in the stabilization of their mental diagnoses. All services are home based.

Provides psychological and psycho-social evaluations as well as domestic violence assessment, anger management assessment, substance abuse screening, family assessment, and preschool special education screening. Also provides forensic evaluations for court cases.
