In addition to the recovery work you’ll be doing, you can continue or re-establish everyday activities like work or school. SB-IOP The Skills-Based Intensive Outpatient Program meets for 12 hours per week during four days for 8 weeks. This program is specifically to help you develop skills to regulate emotions along with balancing eating patterns. MAP M’s Aftercare Program is for individuals who have completed M’s Place and are ready to transition to an IOP level of care. This program enables clients to continue to master important skills for recovery within the familiarity of their previous program.

Offes an outpatient level of care for the treatment of eating disorders. Therapist is trained in eating disorder treatment to be able to provide optimum care for clients. Through CBT, MI, and DBT, clients will have the opportunity to challenge themselves to overcome their disordered eating patterns as well as any co-occurring mental health issues. Therapist will work with clients that will be at their own level of readiness for change. Each therapeutic intervention will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client seeking services.

Offers a eight week specialized intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with an eating disorder. Offers additional structure, education, and therapy for those recovering from an eating disorder while working or attending school. Program offers: eight hours of specialized eating disorder group therapy, one hour of individual therapy, therapeutic meal groups, nutritional counseling, specialized eating disorder therapies, and education on eating disorders, body image, self-esteem and nutrition.

Specialized eating disorder treatment for men and women ages 18 and older. Program is six hours a day, five days a week. Includes group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric medication management, medical monitoring, family therapy and nutritional counseling. Provides individualized treatment planning and transitional care coordination.
