Mental Health Treatment Payment Assistance | Emotional Relief Fund
Provides funding to assist families for their teenager or young adult's mental health treatment. Families must meet eligibility requirements and if approved, the agency will provide up to $2,500 per financial assistance recipient per lifetime. Payment is made directly to the recipient’s therapist. Does not pay for therapy performed prior to approval for this service.

Post Adoption Special Services Subsidy (PASSS) | Ohio Department Of Job And Family Services
Provides up to $10,000 in funding per adopted child with special needs per year, to help cover the costs associated with specialized services, resources, and more. May pay for services not covered under other adoption subsidy programs, insurance programs or Medicaid. PASSS funds can be used to cover the following:
Medical and surgical services
Psychiatric, psychological, and counseling/therapeutic services
Residential treatment
Treatment foster care
In-patient hospitalization
Respite
Provides up to $10,000 in funding per adopted child with special needs per year, to help cover the costs associated with specialized services, resources, and more.
