Provides an experiential learning program for people with any serious mental illness who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery. Consists of ten two-hour units and is taught by trained mentors and volunteers who are personally experienced at living well with mental illness. Participants leave course with handouts, and advance directive, a relapse prevention plan, mindfulness exercises and survival skills for working with providers and the general public.

Family to Family is free class for family members, partners and friends of individuals with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder (Manic Depression), Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or other major mental health disorders and co-occurring brain disorders /addictive disorders. It is a series of 12 weekly classes structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. Helpful for professionals and law enforcement. Evidenced-based curriculum. Qualifies for CEU's . This course will help you learn to cope successfully with a major challenge in your life, and that, in turn, will help your loved one as he/she works toward recovery.
