Provides a supervised living environment to severely mentally ill people who need supervision and support so that they can gain greater independence. Staff monitors self-administration of medications, supervises meal preparation, and helps residents develop proper personal care and hygiene. Provides training to enhance and further daily living skills development. The Transitional Living Center (TLC) can also provide short term crisis bed services to individuals who need diversion or transition from a psychiatric hospital setting (9 beds). In some cases, the crisis bed has been used to provide temporary shelter to a person with a mental illness who is also homeless. If beds are not available, agency will work with the client to develop a plan to secure housing and will refer to community services as needed (follow-up and help with paperwork are also provided).

Provides a community of support and belonging for people who live with mental illness. Participants are offered opportunities to work, be productive, and make friends. Members work side-by-side with staff mental health professionals in the daily operation of the Clubhouse. Goal is to foster a sense of purpose and confidence. The Clubhouse also assists members in obtaining jobs in the broader community and/or returning to school. An on-site clinic offers psychiatric and primary healthcare services.
