Provides short term housing for Summit County residents recovering from major mental illness and at risk of homelessness. Staff are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance and support.

Offers residential treatment facilities for persons living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. These facilities provide 24-hour supervision and support. The Residential Treatment Program is a transitional housing program designed to habilitate the participants to enable them to live as independently in the community as possible upon discharge.

Provides a supervised living environment to severely mentally ill people who need supervision and support so that they can gain greater independence. Staff monitors self-administration of medications, supervises meal preparation, and helps residents develop proper personal care and hygiene. Provides training to enhance and further daily living skills development. The Transitional Living Center (TLC) can also provide short term crisis bed services to individuals who need diversion or transition from a psychiatric hospital setting (9 beds). In some cases, the crisis bed has been used to provide temporary shelter to a person with a mental illness who is also homeless. If beds are not available, agency will work with the client to develop a plan to secure housing and will refer to community services as needed (follow-up and help with paperwork are also provided).

Case Management Services, offers food, assistance with transportation, medical compliance, Releases from Hospital; offers Conflict Resolution, Roommate Matches, and also refers to other housing options.
