Recovery Choices is a comprehensive, behavioral healthcare treatment program that offers holistic, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for men and women. Our medical staff provide a full psychiatric assessment and can prescribe psychotropic medications as indicated by assessed needs.

Provides assessment, intensive and non-intensive outpatient treatment, and counseling for those with substance use disorders.

Process where all clients referred to CRBHS will undergo an assessment whereby biospychosocial information is collected and problems and concerns are identified. As a result of the assessment process, a treatment plan will be developed Matching the client with services that will best meet his or her needs. As the foundation of treatment, the assessment is very thorough and may take more than one session. All assessments will be completed by one of our licensed therapists. Identification and assignment of any AoD or Mental Health diagnosis if applicable, will be determined at the conclusion of this assessment.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Inpatient Drug Detoxification

Provides outpatient alcohol and drug assessment and treatment, crisis intervention and group counseling and therapy and case management and mental health assessments.

Provides outpatient treatment (and intensive outpatient) including group therapy, individual therapy and case management.

Provides assessment, intensive and non-intensive outpatient treatment, and counseling for those with substance use disorders.

Evaluates individuals who are in need of services related to mental health care and/or alcohol or other drug use disorder.

Provides substance use prevention, assessment, intervention, counseling, Medication-assisted-treatment services for juveniles and adults within individual, group, and family settings.

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.

Offers 24 hour crisis and assessment services to persons with mental health or drug and alcohol needs. Services include a telephone crisis intervention hotline, emergency walk-in care, pre-hospital screening, crisis counseling, emergency psychiatric care/medication, alcohol/drug assessments, and severely mentally disabled assessments.

Provides prevention, assessment, treatment, temporary shelter, and rehabilitation services to persons with alcohol or drug addictions, their families and friends, and the community.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Provides central intake services for individuals experiencing mental health issues or substance abuse.

Evaluates individuals who are in need of services related to mental health care and/or alcohol or other drug use disorder.

Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Assessments and Admissions – 24/7

Provides mental health and/or substance abuse information and referral for individuals who have never received any counseling. Links individuals to case managers, counselors, support meetings, etc. quicker than if they were to seek resources on their own. Not a crisis hotline.

Provides outpatient treatment (and intensive outpatient) including group therapy, individual therapy and case management.

Evaluates individuals who are in need of services related to mental health care and/or alcohol or other drug use disorder.

Provides individual drug and alcohol assessments and outpatient treatment. Group treatment available including a 6 week awareness program, treatment group and aftercare group. IOP services Mon., Weds., and Thurs. 5:00-8:00pm.
