Provides consultation to train employers to identify and deal with substance abuse at the workplace. Also offers a drug abuse and addiction education program for employees. Offers pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post accident and random drug screens.

Outpatient Services offers a variety of options to assist individuals with accessing behavioral health treatment. Counseling services can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Service type and duration are based on the need of the individual and recommendations of clinical staff. Intensive Outpatient services are also offered.

Home based supportive services are provided within an intentional framework of Collaborative Helping. Extensive use of technology also allows us to bring all clinical behavioral health services into homes and elsewhere throughout the community.

Provides Chemical Dependency Outpatient Services, Diagnostic Assessments, Individual and Group Counseling. Medicated Assisted treatment for opiate and alcohol use disorders. mental health counseling.

Assist youth ages ten and under who have been referred to court for allegedly being unruly or having committed serious felony offenses. This program provides services ranging from counseling, anger management, specialized diagnostic assessments, neglect issues, sex offenses and use of illicit substances. In addition the program offers the necessary services to the youth and their family to address and identify these concerns. Youth without charges can also be served by the 10 & Under program. Youth as young as six can be handled through the 10 & Under program. 10 & Under referrals can be made at anytime the center is open 24/7. For scheduled screenings with the Care Coordination Team can be made for Tuesdays and Wednesday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Twelve session program for male and female parents who have been court ordered to attend parenting classes, for Job and Family Services clients who have parenting classes as part of their case plan, and for parents who want training to help them be a better parent.

Provides an overview of substance abuse and addiction. Provides information on making healthy lifestyle choices. May be used to fulfill first-time offender requirements.

Provide a food pantry. A Second Harvest site.

Accept old, expired, used prescription and over the counter medications. Does not accept needles, syringes, liquids or inhalers.

Offers independent housing to individuals experiencing the disabling effects of a serious mental or psychological problem. HUD subsidized, 19 efficiency apartments.

Provides a drug and alcohol services seminar for court-ordered youth. Seminar is 8 hours on designated Saturdays, held at Sinclair Community College.

Provides youth development and substance use prevention curriculum to participating schools and agencies. Curriculum is can provide particular competency and focus for Hispanic youth. Offers the Ninos program for pre-K through elementary age children and the Youth In Action Program for middle and high school age youth.

Provides a variety of performance arts based programming for youth. Goal is to provide cultural enrichment while encouraging the child to resist drugs and violence. All programs offer education on the following topics: drug abuse and violence resistance, postponement of sexual involvement, life skills, financial literacy, cultural awareness and diversity, and academics.

Recovery Program offers: EDUCATION - Relapse Prevention - Coping Skills - Recovery Skills - Anger Management ACCOUNTABILITY - Attendance tracking with certificate of graduation - Mentorship/sponsor availability CHANGE - Lifestyle change support - Referral sources linkage.

Offers Medication Assisted Treatment to clients that meet service requirements.

Offers a treatment program for adolescents ages 13 to 17 with substance use related issues. Aims to replace alcohol and drug use with positive reinforcements such as spiritual and recreational activities, mentoring programs, and better communication with family members.

Provides general crime prevention/safety information and education. Offers vacation security checks and safety locks for residents who own registered firearms. Sponsors a yearly bike rodeo and has the Helmet Smart program, which rewards bikers for wearing their helmets.

Provides the following non-emergency crime prevention and community services: alcohol/drug education and prevention, security evaluations, fraud prevention, neighborhood watch, safety education, (bicycle, school, traffic); also motor vehicle noise control, commercial noise control, noise abatement, noisy neighbor control, barking dog control, and vacation security checks.

CSAP works with States and communities to develop comprehensive prevention systems that create healthy communities in which people enjoy a quality life. This includes supportive work and school environments, drug- and crime-free neighborhoods, and positive connections with friends and family.
