Community Mercy Reach extends quality compassionate care to adults and youth who face on the today's most pervasive problems, chemical dependency. Offers assessment linked to inpatient detoxification. After a scheduled assessment may be admitted to the detox program at SRMC. REACH's certified chemical dependency counselors specialize in outpatient treatment and intervention to help free adults and adolescents from addiction to drugs and alcohol. Treatment is provided through individual group and family Counseling. Smoking Cessation program as well

Topics include: safety issues, drug and substance abuse (through the D.A.R.E. school program), home and commercial security surveys, robbery prevention education, bunco/fraud prevention, and neighborhood watch groups. Also makes vacation security checks of citizens' homes.

Offers evidence-based programming, with the primary focus on individual decision making with respect to socially appropriate behaviors. Prevention programming includes substance abuse prevention education for elementary, middle and high school youth. P.A.R.S. uses evidence-based curriculums such as Botvin LifeSkills, Second Step, Too Good for Drugs, and Project Alert. We also utilize the SAMHSA Building Blocks program to educate children 5-13yrs on the importance of self-worth, positive and nurturing internal experiences and empowerment.
