Provides faith-based substance use treatment that facilitates use cessation and building health coping mechanisms. Case management provided to child patients.

Provides in-person and virtual comprehensive outpatient substance treatment services. May include medication-assisted treatment, individual counseling, group counseling, and case management.

Provides ongoing primary care, sports and work physicals, childhood immunizations, annual exams for men and women, disease and condition screenings, prenatal care and sick care for adults, children and infants. Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.

Outpatient Services offers a variety of options to assist individuals with accessing behavioral health treatment. Counseling services can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Service type and duration are based on the need of the individual and recommendations of clinical staff. Intensive Outpatient services are also offered.

Provides comprehensive drug and alcohol addiction recovery services including assessments, counseling, group therapy, and medication assisted treatment.

Home based supportive services are provided within an intentional framework of Collaborative Helping. Extensive use of technology also allows us to bring all clinical behavioral health services into homes and elsewhere throughout the community.

LAPP provides Educational Programs, Intervention Programs, Outreach Services, and Training to the community in general. Community Services are offered to both individuals and groups within the community that would like to learn more about alcohol and drug related issues.

Provides a supervised, structured outpatient treatment program for those with substance dependency. Services include: recovery planning, counseling, support and education. Will provide outpatient opioid detoxification if the client is assessed to need it (non-narcotic medication may be administered to treat the symptoms of withdrawal). Clients will be required to also attend AA meetings, or other 12-step community support programs. Support and counseling are offered to family members of the individual in treatment. Can incorporate counseling for dual diagnosis.

TASC provides a primary treatment program for nine or more contact hours per week in a structured program or six hours per week for adolescents.

Twelve session program for male and female parents who have been court ordered to attend parenting classes, for Job and Family Services clients who have parenting classes as part of their case plan, and for parents who want training to help them be a better parent.

Serves all of Franklin County; (CMS) provides ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Opioid Maintenance Treatment services for clients with a diagnosis of opioid use disorder (OUD) determined by DMS and ASAM criteria. Services include: medication management, SMI.co-occurring disorders, and community-based services.

Provides treatment for youth who have substance abuse and dependence disorders and behavioral health disorders; through an integrated team approach, the program offers clients and their families the option of receiving services in their home or in the office; services include diagnostic assessment, intensive outpatient groups, case management, aftercare and extended care.

Provides intensive outpatient (IOP) groups for individuals with substance use concerns and/or substance use and mental health issues co-occurring. Services include diagnostic evaluation and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) level of care assessment, individual therapy, case management, peer recovery support, and psychiatry services.
