Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment for adolescents and adults on a walk-in basis during open access hours.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.

Provides two outpatient substance use disorder programs, including an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Programs offer medical visits, group counseling, individual counseling, and case management.

Recovery Choices is a comprehensive, behavioral healthcare treatment program that offers holistic, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for men and women. Our medical staff provide a full psychiatric assessment and can prescribe psychotropic medications as indicated by assessed needs.

Program is for individuals addicted to opioids such as heroin, morphine, or prescription medications. All clients are required to undergo random urine drug screen and participate in intensive counseling sessions and other recovery activities.

Provides local, affordable, comprehensive outpatient care, all under one roof, designed for each individual patient. This approach has been proven most effective for treating opioid and other substance use disorders.

Counseling and psychiatric services for adults and transitional age youth. CPST available for adults. Individual, marital, family and group counseling.

Provides substance abuse assessment and management services for alcohol and drug-involved offenders as an alternative or supplement to existing criminal justice sanctions. Offers supportive services such as case management, urinalysis testing, intensive outpatient drug abuse treatment, ongoing recovery services, and court advocacy. Monitors the offenders progress and makes reports to the court.

Provides outpatient mental health and substance use counseling for children, adolescents, and adults; also provides psychiatric services.

TASC provides a primary treatment program for nine or more contact hours per week in a structured program or six hours per week for adolescents.

Offers an intensive outpatient treatment program for males who have abused drugs and alcohol. Clients receive counseling, stress management, family counseling, case management, and other supportive services. Provides relapse prevention classes and drug/alcohol education.

Serves all of Franklin County; (CMS) provides ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Opioid Maintenance Treatment services for clients with a diagnosis of opioid use disorder (OUD) determined by DMS and ASAM criteria. Services include: medication management, SMI.co-occurring disorders, and community-based services.

Provides a lower level of care than inpatient substance abuse treatment. Treatment includes group and individual counseling, family counseling, substance abuse education, and relapse prevention.

Offers outpatient drug and alcohol treatment services for infants through adults.

Provides outpatient substance abuse treatment. Services generally include assessments, case management and counseling. Services are tailored to be gender-specific. Specialized programming is available for women, African-American men, Hispanic men and women, Somali women and the LGBTQ community. Offers a program for relapse prevention. Support services such as child-care, transportation assistance and parenting classes may be available.

Pairs a patient-focused and evidence-based approach with the compassion and commitment to improve as many lives as we can. We combine medical treatment with psychological therapy and social services to give patients the comprehensive support they need to overcome addiction. We offer evidence-based, outpatient addiction treatment programs to help people rebuild their lives without completely uprooting them.

Provides assessments, counseling, and outpatient treatment services for individuals with substance issues. Specialized programming is available for adults with co-occurring disorders (addiction and mild/moderate mental illness). Medication Assisted treatment is also available; can prescribe Buprenorphine (Bunavail, Suboxone, Subutex, Zubslov), Naltrexone (Vivitro), and Naloxone based on assessment of patient needs and level of severity of their withdrawal.

Provide inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Medical detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation, partial hospitalization, extended residential treatment, family education program, continuing care groups and comprehensive discharge planning.

Provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services including a Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Programs use a holistic approach. Offers individuals aftercare services, including an online resource. Also provides Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) treatment for mental disorders.

Program offering services to help with substance use and chemical dependency; provides non-residential services, both at the Donahoe Center and at facilities through Ashtabula County, such as:

• drug/alcohol assessment/treatment/continuing care,
• crisis management/walk-in emergency services,
• codependency assessment/treatment,
• group therapy,
• intervention training for concerned others,
• inmate services,
• on-call/after hours services referrals to detoxification or inpatient care

COVID-19 Temporary Message: All case managers, peer supporters, and individual sessions will begin to meet via telephone for individual appointments. Weekend UDS at Turning Point is also suspended, though regular weekday screening is still taking place. All of their residential facilities (Turning Point, Opal House, and Liberty House) are accepting new clients.
