Provides drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support services. Programming is certified by Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (ODMHAS). Services are accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Providers are licensed by the State of Ohio. Services include the following:
- Counseling.
- Psychiatric services.
- Intensive outpatient program (IOP).
- Peer recovery support.
- Service coordination.
- Barrier removal resources.

Cares (COMMUNITY ACTION RESPONDS, ENGAGES, AND SUPPORTS RECOVERY) | Ross County Community Action Commission, Inc.
Provides Client Services Representatives to assist individuals in recovery from substance use disorder with access to recovery support services. The program provides long-term care coordination and support to eligible individuals. The importance of this centralized service increases the chance of recovery and allows program participants to experience an increased quality of life. Client Services Representatives link individuals referred to the program from jail, prison, transition houses, treatment providers, and community agencies with access treatment providers and recovery support services. . Peer supporters are also available to support individuals in recovery. Program also offers a wellness program.

Offers a peer-based aftercare program for those that complete treatment at IBH Addiction Recovery Center. Designed to help sustain long term sobriety after residential treatment by providing organized activities that foster safe friendships, reinforcement of values learned during treatment, a strong sense of community, and increased self-esteem. Activities include weekly volunteer projects, spiritual support groups, and community-based support groups to help build on the foundation introduced in residential treatment.

MHA provides the 40 hour training for individuals interested in pursuing a career in peer support. Our trainings are approved for certification in both Ohio and Kentucky.
