Provides intellectual and cultural events throughout the year open to the community. Activities include lectures, concerts, films, art exhibits as well as culturally-specific special programs. Offers fitness and sports participation opportunities as well.

Makes available librarians to give Book Talks to civic groups or clubs in Euclid. Delivers age-appropriate books to Euclid day care centers monthly, by request. Delivers library materials to permanently or temporarily homebound residents of Euclid, including those in nursing homes. This material can include standard or large print books, audio tapes, DVDs magazines, and/or CDs. Maintains rotating collections at Euclid senior complexes, senior centers, nursing and retirement homes.

Provides social and recreational activities including exercise, arts and crafts, singing, films, and parties.

Each month nearly 1,950 children receive a free, age appropriate book delivered to their home. Any Muskingum County child from birth to age 5 years may enroll. This early learning initiative supports and promotes early reading to help prepare children for kindergarten success.

Works to preserve the history of Columbus by collecting and archiving materials relevant to the history of the city. These materials, along with others from local collectors and organizations, are on display at the museum.

Provides an alternative film theater showing a full season of hundreds of films each year. Films include classics, foreign-made, art and second-run films. Most films have never played in the Cleveland area before and most likely will never be shown here again. Many evenings also include a pre-film lecture.

Provides a chamber orchestra which performs free concerts. Concerts Include a number of classical music compositions and features exhibits of local art work.

Provides a variety of social, educational, and recreational activities for seniors. Includes some day trips, multi-day trips, and cultural events.

A program about environmental issues includes use of a large balloon and exercises to develop awareness about the environment.

The Troy-Miami Public Library is an affiliate of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, an early literacy program for children under the age of 5. At no cost to the family, an age appropriate book is mailed monthly to the family's address.

Provides a clothing bank and toys, books, grooming supplies, diapers, baby furniture, shoes, and other goods for foster children and their families. Serves foster families, Youth in Transition, recently adopted children, and reunified biological families. Eligible families may obtain items up to four times per year. Assistance is customized to the needs of the child.

Contains a collection of resources dedicated to the history of Barberton, Summit County and the State of Ohio. Provides patrons with access to local history resources. Includes Sun Rubber toys, Coventry Ware collectibles and personal items that once belonged to industrialist and town founder Ohio C. Barber.
