Rehabilitates abandoned housing to provide affordable, decent housing. Provides information and counseling on residential rehabilitation with a concentration on avoiding and correcting violations of building codes and maintenance of homes in good condition.

Provides a variety of activities to recruit and retain businesses in the area, including environmental assessment, acquisition, demolition, clean-up and soil remediation of vacant land in the area in order to stimulate new product and new economy initiatives (high tech centers, mixed use transit-oriented development, and urban residential projects.)

Emergency or accessibility home repairs. Focus on structural and accessibility repairs such as, roofs, gutters, windows, HVAC, electrical, handicap accessibility ramps and bathroom installations. Currently have a wait list, must call for eligibility and to be placed on the wait list.

Rehabilitates existing and builds new housing in ward 2 in the City of Cleveland and makes it available for lease/purchase to low-income families. Length of time required to lease before buying varies based on how long this agency has owned the home. It may be up to 15 years.
