Coordinates a community-wide fundraising effort to support local social service agencies.
Functions as a central fund-raising agency for Jewish agencies. Funds educational, humanitarian and social services through local partner agencies, schools, international organizations, area synagogues and community organizations.
Provides charitable funds that make grants to nonprofits focused on specific fields of interest, or with programs that target those interest areas. Initiative funds include: Bath Community Fund, Black Giving Collective Fund, Gay Community Endowment Fund, Green Community Fund, Millennium Fund for Children, Vernon L. Odom Fund, and Women's Endowment Fund.
Provides information to individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and their families. In-person, online and teleconference programs cover topics from understanding multiple sclerosis and its symptoms to employment and legal issues.

The board plans, monitors, evaluates, and funds community mental health and substance abuse services. Contracts with local agencies to provide a comprehensive system of mental health and substance abuse services.
Provides speakers on cancer prevention and early detection to organizations. Builds relationships with community-based organizations and health care providers, schools, parks and communities to plan, organize and develop effective cancer prevention and early detection programs and activities. It is recommended Cervical Cancer testing (screening) should begin at age 25; Breast Screenings/Mammogram should start every year for Women between age 40-44; and regular mammograms should happen annually for Women between age 45-54. Women 55 and older can switch to a mammogram every other year.
