Supports the passage and enforcement of laws and other social measures that protect and promote the rights and interests of gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgender individuals, cross-dressers, and people who are in the process of coming out or who are questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Promotes the rights of workers by educating the broader community about workplace abuses, helping workers improve employment standards, and supporting workers' rights to organize. Offers educational programs, speakers, and printed materials about workers' issues, such as workers' rights and free trade. Offers workers the opportunity to report abuse and violations of wage theft and other worker issues that may be system wide. Does not provide direct services for individuals, but does offer membership for persons interested in supporting workers rights.
