Provides programs that assist migrant workers in developing the knowledge and skills needed to enable them to make decisions regarding their job conditions, compensation and human rights; also provides assistance in meeting social and economic challenges and supporting the rights of the migrant worker; a mobile medical van provides basic medical services to migrant farm workers; provides immigration counseling, referrals to housing, transportation and food needs to immigrant populations.

Promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment. Provides a toll-free number for callers to receive information, assistance and support.
Promotes the rights of workers by educating the broader community about workplace abuses, helping workers improve employment standards, and supporting workers' rights to organize. Offers educational programs, speakers, and printed materials about workers' issues, such as workers' rights and free trade. Offers workers the opportunity to report abuse and violations of wage theft and other worker issues that may be system wide. Does not provide direct services for individuals, but does offer membership for persons interested in supporting workers rights.
