Provides services which seek to have existing civil rights and anti-discrimination laws enforced, and to secure justice and fair treatment for all people. Involved in inter-group relations and combating extremism. Accepts and seeks to resolve discrimination complaints.

Builds and maintains strong relations with Jewish communities and other ethnic, religious, and minority communities. Assists to resolve conflicts between groups. Educates members about Jewish traditions and the traditions of other religious and cultural groups. Will provide educational programs in the community regarding relations between Jewish communities and other groups. Offers a variety of books and other printed materials about the Jewish faith and Jewish life.

Provides customized workshops and consulting services to corporations, non-profit organizations, and other groups that focus on diversity in the workplace and strive to create environments within organizations that foster respect and understanding among all people regardless of race, gender, religion, and culture. Provides leadership and organizational development initiatives that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Provides programs that promote peace, harmony, and the love of Christ to people of all ages. Works with other groups, such as the Peace Bridge Movement, Dayton Dialogue on Race Relations, Diversity Council, United against Violence of Greater Dayton and others.

Neighborhood Support and Recognition, Reserve A Roll-Off - commercial dumpsters for neighborhood use, Neighborhood Signs, and Training- a resource library and training opportunities offered to neighborhood groups throughout the year. Springfield Mediation Services - Provides mediation and conciliation service for neighbor and landlord-tenant and fair housing conflicts for the City of Springfield. Promotes the use of collaboration and mediation to resolve conflicts. Provides ongoing training and support for mediator. Also, celebrates diverse heritage with a yearly CultureFest event, September 27, 2014 and a Global Education Series.
