Aids in litigation for people that have had their civil liberties violated. Cases accepted are (but not limited to) free speech, separation of church and state, privacy, due process, discrimination based on race, geneder, sexual orientation or disability, and others. Handles cases that involve serious violations of civil liberties by the government. Litigates cases in state and federal courts. * Does NOT accept divorce, custody, or criminal cases.
