Provides information and resources to those dealing with food insecurity in the Fairfield County community. Coordinates, funds, and provides education to low-income families and individuals in our community about their ability to eat healthy on the limited funds they receive through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and provides education and training opportunities to everyone in the community in regards to hunger and hunger related health issues.

Coordinates program funding through Title III of the Older Americans Act and the Senior Community Services Block Grant. Provides technical assistance to service providers. Offers a service to families with children/youth who have a lot of items on their plate, feel like they need help managing their child's care, or don't know how to get access to something for their child. We will help the family learn to advocate for themselves, run meetings with the services engaged in their child's care, and make recommendations where needed.
