Offers a service to families with children/youth who have a lot of items on their plate, feel like they need help managing their child's care, or don't know how to get access to something for their child. We will help the family learn to advocate for themselves, run meetings with the services engaged in their child's care, and make recommendations where needed. We facilitate meetings as a team with the family and youth at the top of the list.
Assist homeless advocate organizations with program, resources, funding development, training and technical assistance. COHHIO operates some programming for families and youth. COHHIO also has a team that provides leadership around the Homeless Management Information System and the Balance of State (80 rural counties) Continuum of Care.
