Handles urban planning and zoning for the Village of Woodmere. Keeps confirmed zoning codes on file for open inspection.

Issues permits and registration of contractors. Provides building saftey and code inspections. Monitors and enforces all building and zoning codes for Brunswick City.

Coordinates, directs ,and regulates the city' s physical development while promoting its economic well being. This is done by conducting studies, developing and updating land use and development plans, and maintaining current data about Fairborn.

Provides daily and long range planning for the City of Medina. Coordinates with, organizes and provides planning committees for historic preservation and urban planning in the city including city operations and building. Provides and enforces zoning codes.

Oversees the development and maintenance of the city’s infrastructure. The infrastructure includes the Mansfield Lahm Airport, street resurfacing, water distribution lines, sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and traffic signalization. The department manages approximately $10 to 13 million of capital improvements within the city each year.

Handles all zoning and land use issues for Westfiled Townships. Provides zoning inspection services and administers zoning permits. Operates under a Zoning Commission and a Board of Appeals.

Handles all urban planning, renewal, and zoning for the City of Euclid, and maintains public real estate maps.
