Inventory, repair, replace, and install signs. Paint centerlines and skip lines on streets in city limits, also paint turn arrows, crosswalks, and school zones. Maintain traffic signals, annual signal inspection and relamping, downtown street light maintenance. City does not maintain residential street lights, that is Ohio Edison. Picks up dead animals in the city limits that are in the street, not on private property. Clean up debris in the street. Maintain State Routes in the city limits. Mow State Route fields and islands, in the city limits, city right-of-ways, road sides, and guard rails. Water and Sewer maintenance is in the same building.
