Maintains and improves the streets of the city of Fairborn. This includes street cleaning, snow removal, roadway patching, crack sealing, striping and sign installation, traffic signal bulb replacements, etc. Also oversees citizen satisfaction with garbage removal and monitors landfill requirements.

Operates and maintains the City of Fairborn's (only) underground water distribution pipes, valves, and fire hydrants. Operates the city's underground sanitary sewer system and pump stations. Maintains storm sewer pipes, storm inlets, and open drainage ditches. Operates and maintains the city's water treatment plant and well fields.
