The 211 Help Hotline maintains information about human and social service agencies, and provides linkage to these human service providers in the community.
Offers telephone information about where to access health and human service needs in Sandusky County. Provides information about a range of services including food, shelter, health care, substance abuse, mental health, recreation and social activities.
Provides information and referral for residents of Van Wert County. Call Center volunteers receive requests for help and take time to hear the story of each individual. The information received is verified and each request is prayed over. Individuals are then referred to church ministries, church volunteers and/or community agencies for assistance. Call Center volunteers also follow up with each individual to ensure assistance was received and to offer continued support.
