Responsible for enforcing certain federal laws related to banking, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Accepts complaints about state-chartered banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System from bank customers experiencing discriminatory treatment or deceptive actions covered by these laws. If contacted regarding an institution that is not part of the Federal Reserve System, will refer to the proper regulator. Cannot resolve contract disputes or matters that are the subjects of pending lawsuits. Problems with individual banks regarding customer service or specific bank policies are not addressed by federal law or regulation and may not be covered by the laws mentioned above.

Provides information about various pregnancy and family planning related issues, and referrals for professional and community services.

Provides a hotline to ensure that homeless Veterans or Veterans at-risk for homelessness have free, 24/7 access to trained counselors. The hotline is intended to assist homeless Veterans and their families, VA Medical Centers, federal, state and local partners, community agencies, service providers and others in the community.

Information and support service for people living with Parkinson's Disease and/or those who help a person with Parkinson's disease with daily activities, tasks, or health-related decisions. Can help find solutions to concerns about health and care, such as reducing stress, communicating with doctors, finding and using services, understanding insurances, getting other family and friends to help in new or different ways, and planning for future care.

Trained Community Health workers stationed in high need areas of the city, work with clients in their communities to provide access to services to help achieve better birth outcomes for infants. Current focus areas include referrals to home visiting programs, smoking cessation, access to prenatal care, long acting reversable contraceptives (LARCs), safe sleep for infants and social supports such as rent, food insecurity and utility assistance.

Offers a network of support for military families in all branches. Provides information and referrals on education, counseling, financial assistance and legal assistance. Offers information on benefits and entitlements before, during and after deployment. Also offers support and assistance to service members transitioning to and from active duty. Assistance includes information and referrals regarding Veteran Benefits, employment resources, emergency financial assistance and other deployment cycle transition issues.

The purpose of Service Coordination and Wraparound Services through the county FCFC is to provide a neutral venue for families requiring services where their needs may not have been adequately addressed in traditional agency systems. These processes serve as a safety net for children needing a more intensive collaboration of multi-system providers. Each system has areas of responsibility, and the Service Coordination Mechanism is not intended to override current agency systems, but to supplement and enhance supports that currently exist, or identify additional supports that are needed but are not currently utilized. The goal is to keep children in their home and community with supports.

Homeless Outreach and Case Management, Rapid Re-housing, Emergency Assistance/Basic Needs, First Step Pregnancy Support, Social Work Counseling, HUD housing counseling including Foreclosure Prevention and Pre-purchase education, SSI/SSDI/SOAR Specialist, Prison Re-entry Case Management.

Provides information and referral to resources that deal with alcohol and substance use disorder. Can assist client by contacting regional treatment centers to find open beds for detoxification services.

Provides information and referral services to homeless veterans by helping them locate shelter, medical, psychiatric, and substance use disorder services.

Offers information about alcohol and drug addiction services to those experiencing chemical dependency problems and those impacted by others' chemical dependency problems. Assists callers with getting help and treatment for substance abuse.

Maintains information about community resources that are appropriate for people with Autism and their families. Links individuals who are in need of specialized services with appropriate resources.

CMH provides specialized information and referral and linkage to providers for services their child needs.

Offers a variety of services to caregivers. Services are designed to fill gaps in current community services. Included are reimbursement for limited and temporary respite, counseling, caregiver training to assist in the areas of health, nutrition, financial literacy, and in making decisions and solving problems related to care giving roles. Support groups, information about services available to unpaid caregivers, and individual training for caregivers in the home are also offered.

Offers a free, confidential hotline as a treatment information and referral service for individuals and families facing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Maintains information about substance use disorder treatment facilities, mental health facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations throughout the United States. Provides printed and online materials that are appropriate for individuals and families of individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorder related issues.

Provides referrals to diabetes services, diabetes educators, hospital educational programs and other related services available to assist newly diagnosed type I diabetics and their families.

Provides information about organ transplants for transplant candidates, recipients, their families, the families of organ and tissue donors, and the general public.

Provides support, resource referrals, and benefit navigation to families in need of assistance.

Maintains information about community resources that are appropriate for military personnel and their families who are transitioning back to civilian life.

Trained counselors provide confidential assistance and community resources to families in domestic violence situations through crisis hotline and/or counseling appointments. Focuses on linking the Asian-American community to mainstream support services. Maintains a network of key providers in legal, health care and family services in Central Ohio.

Provides information on issues affecting caregivers. Offers online specialized guides and checklists, information on care options, and a caregiver support line by phone for one-on-one help. Offers an AARP Caregiver Kit with information which can be delivered by mail to interested individuals.

Provides telephone and email peer counseling. Telephone volunteers are in their teens and early twenties, and speak with teens and young adults up to age 25 about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, parent issues, school problems, HIV/AIDS anxiety and safer-sex information, and more. Also maintains a resource database with over 15,000 listings on social and support groups, as well as gay-friendly religious organizations, sports leagues, student groups and more.
