The American Kidney Fund's HelpLine offers access to information and customer service via telephone, email and web. HelpLine has a dedicated toll free line available for designated representatives to address questions or concerns by connecting people with useful resources and services.
The Parkinson's Foundation will provide answers to all of your questions about Parkinson's. The Helpline is staffed by nurses, social workers and therapists and is available to support you in any possible way, including: - Current disease information - Medical issues including symptoms and treatments - Health and social care - Emotional support - Referrals to health professionals and community resources for local support.

The Autism Society impacts local, state and federal public policy and increases awareness about day-to-day issues and promotes research that leads to applied practices to improve the quality of life for those living with autism.

The Ohio Department of Health is activating a 24-hour-a-day call center to answer Ohioans' questions about Ebola and the recent events in Ohio in an effort to ensure Ohioans get accurate, timely information and will be staffed by public health nurses and other public health professionals, with infectious disease specialists available as needed. The call center will provide timely, accurate, credible information about Ebola and the state's response.
