Restores and maintains historic Oxford College a a permanent home for the arts in the Oxford area, and facilitates activities of the comunity arts organizations and promotes the arts and arts education. Provides children's art classes, art shop and artist gallery.

Serves artists of all ages and stages of development. Encourages the advancement and understanding of art in the community. Provides artistic workshops and programming.
