Trains, resources, and serves adults who work with adolescents in Catholic parishes. Includes consultation, assessment of parish resources and priorities, and presentation of conferences on relevant subjects. All work is done in light of the Catholic church's mission.

Provides funding, coordination, equipment, insurance for players, training for coaches, team uniforms, and umpires for youth baseball and softball programs. Also coordinates adult softball teams.

Receives and approves articles of incorporation for Ohio corporations, non-profits,limited liability corporations, limited liability partnerships and grants licenses for out-of-state corporations seeking to do business in Ohio

Offers consultation and referral services, in areas of special needs populations including persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and learning disabilities.

Provides experienced executives who guide clients who are planning strategies, developing business plans, marketing and identifying appropriate financial resources for business and non-profit organizations. Organization does not lend money or provide legal service. Member professionals also present public seminars on business.

Educational services to Columbiana County school districts. Psycho-educational evaluations, speech and hearing therapy, occupational and physical therapy; special and general educational consultants; classes provided including gift/talented, hearing and visually impaired, multiple disabilities and severely emotionally disturbed. Early childhood programs.

This agency does not provide direct services. Service coordination is available to assist social service agencies in working together to provide quality holistic services to children and families.

Assists with connection to family supports such as respite, camps, social activities, coaching, parent education, advocacy and assistance for paying the cost of these services. Transition planning provided between home to residential placement and back to the home and community. This includes determining the goals of placement, reviewing progress made and supports needed to bring the youth home and assure a stable environment. Structure includes a Service Coordination Steering Committee that reviews cases, approves use of funding, and monitors outcomes.

Provides management assistance in areas such as strategic planning, human resources development, management information systems, finance, marketing, fund raising, executive development, volunteer management and insurance assessment. Also presents a variety of seminars on topics relating to governance and nonprofit management. Offers board member referrals through the Board Matching Program(see "Board Training and Referral" service group).

Works to help people in their 20's and 30's become better immersed in the life of the Catholic church and in this way become connected to others who share similar values. Participants are assisted in reconnecting to a parish. They also experience liturgies and share social activities. Staff works to help participants become aware of the social justice teachings of the church which encourage them to volunteer in the community. Ministry activities include retreats, and an annual conference. Works to help parishes become young adult-friendly.

Provides information, referral services and business consulting services to those interested in entrepreneurship.
