Provides advocacy and information to help people, strengthen communities and fights for the issues that matter most to seniors and thier families.

Provides home-delivered meals to clients age 60 or older.

Provides between one and 12 vouchers per month which can be used at the Soprema Cafe. The vouchers can be exchanged for either a hot meal or a sandwich. Fruit, vegetables and milk are also part of the restaurant voucher.

Offers telephone and online chat services that enables people to talk with an empathetic listener about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, parent issues, school problems, concerns about HIV/AIDS and safer-sex information, and so forth.

Offers a variety of recreation and socialization activities, programs and events for Preble County residents age 50 and over. Activities include: fitness, crafts, movies, line dancing, bingo, and more.

Provides eligible older adults with financial assistance to help them obtain goods and services that they cannot otherwise afford. Assistance is capped at $150 person / $200 per household and generally covers expenses such as new personal emergency response systems, auto repairs, or recreational activities (trips with grandchildren, movies, day trips with senior groups). - Grant cannot be used for rent, untilities, prescriptions or food. -

With homestead, eligible homeowners receive an exemption on a portion of appraised value from taxation for a single family home. Eligible military Veterans receive an additional exemption. Will answer questions and assist with completing forms regarding the reduction.

Seven-story independent living apartment homes feature 69 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units. Each unit includes a living room, bedroom(s), kitchen, bathroom and closet space. Pet-friendly building allowing cats and dogs (some restrictions may apply). Service coordination, for things like transportation, meal delivery or scheduling of appointments, is available to all residents

Assists older adults with minor home repairs to ensure that homes are safe and secure. Services may include: minor plumbing, electric, gas and furnace repairs, smoke alarms, handrails and grab bars in the bathroom. Also can provide and install ramps for wheelchair bound (no scooters) older adults.

Provides a free health assessment clinic; services include the following -Weirght, blood pressure, oxygen levels, heart rate blood sugar, iron levels, cholesterol and a review of medications.

Offers interior home repairs and accessibility modifications designed to increase senior homeowner's ability to live independently as they age. Projects range from addressing accessibility issues to installing grab bars to replacing lower-threshold showers.

Provides a nutritious eat in-meal for older adults at Carrollton facility. Offers to-go meal for older adults at all locations.

Assists individuals with mental illness with accessing needed supports and services in order to enhance daily life skills. The goal is to improve independence in the community and reduce the impact of mental illness on daily functioning.

Provides hot, nutritionally balanced meals and an opportunity to socialize with others. Offers meals on-site at some locations, and to-go at others.
