Trauma Focused Day treatment integrates mental health and educational interventions. - Provides a continuum of services designed to assess, treat, and reduce severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances in youth who have experienced trauma.

Provides programming and services to address and treat behavioral health issues of children who are in the juvenile justice system or at risk. Programs include: * ProKids: Social skill development to divert unruly conduct * PROTECT: Prevent Relapse Occurrence Team with Enhanced Case management and Treatment. Interaction program that directly addresses sexual behavior problems regarding "sexting" and other minor-related sexual behavior issues. * Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Patient-centered treatment plan addressing substance abuse and sobriety * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Trained Community Health workers stationed in high need areas of the city, work with clients in their communities to provide access to services to help achieve better birth outcomes for infants. Current focus areas include referrals to home visiting programs, smoking cessation, access to prenatal care, long acting reversable contraceptives (LARCs), safe sleep for infants and social supports such as rent, food insecurity and utility assistance.

Provides advanced dental services such as crowns, complete and/or partial dentures, immediate dentures, dental flippers, occlusal guard (mouth guard), and whitening.

Houses Mansfield City School District students grades 9-12. Can obtain youth work permits for students from principal's office. For Basic Automotive Service: Provides basic automotive repair services, including brakes, suspension, underbody, and some engine work. Labor is free, customer is charged for parts. Please note, the repairs are completed during the school period, therefore service will take a longer amount of time than a commercial repair shop.

Provides free eye exams and glasses to all children and their family who qualify. Additional services include preschool vision training and preschool screening programs, educational curricula and brochures, research, and advocacy for public health issues relating to vision and blindness.

Houses Crestview School District students in grades 9th through 12th. Can obtain youth work permits for students from principal's office.

Sojourners assists runaway and homeless youth in Southeastern Ohio through our network of emergency short- and long-term housing programs. Each young person entering our housing receives help with immediate needs followed by case management to help them move from volatile, unsafe living environments to more stable housing.

Provides in home mental health assessment, treatment planning, family and individual counseling, parenting education, and links to other services for families who need intensive child, youth and family treatment.

Offering preschool stotry time for children. Activities include stories, songs, finger plays, creative dramatics, and crafts based on a weekly theme. Preschool Story Time often provides a child’s first independent learning experience in a group of children. Parents and guardians should contact the library where they are interested in attending for more information and to register.

Provides backpacks of nutritious and simple to prepare food to address weekend food insecurity. Includes breakfast foods, lunch/dinner foods, snacks, and beverages. * Program funded by Orrville Area United Way in partnership with Salvation Army-Orrville, Orrville City Schools, and Dalton Local Schools.

Provides case management for clients who require support in managing their symptoms or in accessing community services.

Offers a managed care program serving children and youth who have complex behavioral health and multisystem needs.

Works to understand and represent our diverse community, to be a voice for promotion of a safe drug free environment for residents, particularly children and youth of Champaign Counties.

Prescribe and monitor use of medication for dealing with symptoms of diagnosed psychiatric disorder. Services DO NOT include counseling or therapy. * Services are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Offers health education programs designed to supplement existing school curriculum.

Provides jurisdiction over referred cases of delinquent, unruly dependent and neglected children, juvenile traffic offenders, and under special conditions, minors who apply for consent to marry.

Provides an advocate for at-risk youth and their families. Provide early intervention services to encourage at-risk youth to remain or re-enroll in school.

Offers in-office and home-based programs that specialize in the treatment of youth ages 4 to 18 who have adjustment problems, behavior problems, emotional disturbance, substance abuse issues or incipient mental illness.

Offers eye examination through participating optometrists at no charge to infants under the age of 1 year old.

Offers a government-subsidized youth training program that provides remedial education, vocational training, and useful work experience including on-the-job training for low and moderate-income, disadvantaged youth who have poor job skills. Provides vocational training in healthcare, construction, office administration, and so forth. Note: Job Corps is an on-site partner of the Ohio Means Job Center.

Provides primary and preventative health care including pediatric and adult medicine, physical examinations, asthma/allergy, treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, school and sports physicals, assistance completing applications and referrals to specialists. Services may vary per location. Lorain - Central site also offers women's health and OB/GYN services. Lorain - South site also offers podiatry. NOTE: Assistance with transportation to appointment may be available.

Offers a variety of behavioral health services to address the needs of children, adolescents and their families. Services include child and adolescent psychiatry, counseling, developmental behavioral pediatrics, psychology, ADHD, feeding disorders and cerebral palsy treatment.
