Provides programming and services to address and treat behavioral health issues of children who are in the juvenile justice system or at risk. Programs include: * ProKids: Social skill development to divert unruly conduct * PROTECT: Prevent Relapse Occurrence Team with Enhanced Case management and Treatment. Interaction program that directly addresses sexual behavior problems regarding "sexting" and other minor-related sexual behavior issues. * Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Patient-centered treatment plan addressing substance abuse and sobriety * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Celebrateone Community Connector Corps | Columbus Mayors Office

Trained Community Health workers stationed in high need areas of the city, work with clients in their communities to provide access to services to help achieve better birth outcomes for infants. Current focus areas include referrals to home visiting programs, smoking cessation, access to prenatal care, long acting reversable contraceptives (LARCs), safe sleep for infants and social supports such as rent, food insecurity and utility assistance.
