Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Assists families with the care of individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the family home by providing limited funding for respite services, adaptive equipment and other expenses associated with meeting the needs of their family members with developmental disabilities. Items and services available include respite care, adaptive equipment, home modifications, special diets and other services such as individualized as counseling, sign language, books, classes, reimbursement for mileage to doctors, hospital, therapy visits, and more.

Provides a wide range of weekly or monthly support groups for those with health conditions or social desparity, and their families and/or caregivers. Support groups offered include: a variety of cancers, brain injuries, obesity, heart disease, stroke (adult and older adult groups), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and hydrocephalus. Also offers social support for those in bereavement.

Offers free one-on-one peer support to cancer patients and caregivers. Provides connections with trained peer mentors who have a shared diagnosis, similar treatments, or shared life experiences.

Provides an opportunity for people with mental illness to gather for a meal and to socialize. Services include an evening meal and activities such as movies, games, arts and crafts, and outings. Clients may choose to participate in any or all of the services and activities.
