Provides recreational classes and activities for those with disabilities. Activities vary by season and include dances, nature hikes, exercise, bowling, and softball. Activities are designed and adapted to meet the needs of participants.

Provides homes in which individuals with developmental disabilities receive 24 hour care and develop daily living skills which enable them to lead increasingly independent lives. Each person has an individualized plan with goals, and some eventually move into supported or independent living. There are a number of homes in Cuyahoga County, most of which can house up to 8 people.

Provides formal supervision for those awaiting trial or on community control (probation) as ordered by the court. Supervises probationers and monitors compliance to the conditions of their probation as well as providing other services such as referrals for social services. Provides specialized probation services for those needing intensive supervision such as those with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and sex offenders. Places offenders into drug treatment when needed. Provides case management for those in drug treatment and acts as a liaison between the court, client, and treatment facility. Also supervises persons in the work release and home detention programs.
