Provides education and support services for individuals with asthma and their families. Offers client in-home assessment and suggestions for the control of asthma.

Provides comprehensive primary care services including general physical examinations, immunizations, assistance with chronic illnesses such as asthma and diabetes, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. Also provides comprehensive dental services.

Provides asthma education program for children ages 8-11 with asthma.

Provides information to help people protect themselves from environmental hazards. Advocates for and assists with policy development of environmental health issues. Focuses on topics such as housing related health hazards, asbestos, air pollution, asthma triggers and controls (especially for children), carbon monoxide, chemical accidents, global warming, household hazardous waste disposal, lawn care, lead, mold, ozone, pesticides, and radon. Offers speakers and printed materials about health and environmental threats.

Offers in-home enviromental and medical assessments of homes to protect against health hazards. Program focus is on mold and other asthma triggers. Licensed santarians and nurses are available for consultation. Also families that have children with asthma may qualify for grants to make necessary modifications to negate dangers.

Provides health education, primary care and respiratory medicine, as well as care for sleep disorders, asthma, allergies and mental health counseling.

Classes are offered for children 6 -11 years old with asthma and their parents to help them better manage asthma. Participants learn about triggers, warning signs and treatment of asthma by interacting through fun activities.

Provides information to and answers questions about allergy and asthma conditions from patients, families, health care providers, asthma educators, and caregivers.
