Education, information and support are provided in group sessions at various locations. Volunteer cosmetologists teach make-up techniques and provide complimentary cosmetics and skin care products. Use of wigs, turbans, scarves and other accessories is also taught. Participants are given a make-up kit with new cosmetics to take home.

Perry County Cancer Alliance offers financial assistance to residents of Perry County, Ohio who have been diagnosed with cancer. It was established in 1999, and over 1,000,000.00 has been donated to Perry County residents who have been treated for cancer in the past twenty years.
