Provides a free 8 week session, education program for family, friends and significant others of adults with mental health conditions. NAMI Family to Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bio polar disorder and other mental health conditions.

Provides an educational course that focuses on understanding emotional, mental, and neurobiological disorder diagnoses (includes attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder {AD/HD}, major depression, childhood schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive/compulsive disorder {OCD}), developing coping skills, counseling and therapy, medications, crisis intervention, special education concerns, dealing with community agencies, and family advocacy. Classes are taught by a trained parent facilitator.

Central Ohio GOALS (Giving those with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Another Lifestyle) for OCD is a peer-support group facilitated by Dr. Beth McCreary. The GOALS model for support groups addressing OCD started in Philadelphia in 1981 by Jonathan Grayson and Gayle Frankel. Each meeting includes time for each attendee to share, if they wish, about their own symptoms and struggles. The intent is for everyone to leave with a sense of connection and—ideally—some new coping strategies.

Operates veterans service organization whose members work together in developing and supporting community activities. Also operates outreach program that offers specific information regarding transition from military to civilian life as well as issues related to PTSD.

Provides information on support groups for individuals with or who have a family member with obsessive compulsive disorder. Also provides internet based and phone based support groups for those who do not live close to an active group.

Provides information about OCD through web site and information packet mailings. Also provides referrals to OCD treatment providers and support groups across the country. Publishes a bi-monthly newsletter and other materials, funds research and holds annual conferences.

8 week group. This group is designed to help men and women develop and implement more effective ways to reduce their anxiety. Topics covered will be stress management, relaxation techniques, body awareness, assertiveness training, and challenging our negative belief systems.

Provides a support and education group for people with mental health disorders and their families. Works to increase the family's problem solving and coping skills. Helps participants understand mental illness and manage the stress of dealing with a mental illness. Serves many different types of mental disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and severe mental illnesses.

Provides assistance dealing with trauma in a variety of ways. Services may include counseling, advocacy, support groups (peer led), peer to peer support, and other services, depending on the trauma experienced. Helps with navigating compensation services for those eligible for assistance through the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) .Provides trauma-focused counseling staffed by a social work professional for crime victims as well as social work care coordination.

Provides the opportunity for those who have experienced loss and/or trauma to get support and give support to others in these situations. Groups are facilitated by trained counselors.
