Promotes and preserves the cultural heritage of the American Indian. Provides cultural diversity education and workshops, along with cultural presentations.

Agency helps administer and disburse scholarship funds. Also assists minority youth who wish to obtain scholarships.

- Provides employment training, job placement, educational placement and related supportive services to qualified individuals. - Includes job training for all qualifying adults and a program for young people ages 14–24 who face barriers to education, training, and employment.

Provides 24/7 crisis intervention, information, and referrals to victims of domestic and sexual violence, perpetrators, and concerned friends and family members.

Provides college students with programs designed to equip them with skills, practical work experience and insights necessary to become successful in business, technical and/or allied health careers. Services include mentoring and leadership development activities. The goal is placement in a job following graduation, preferably with the sponsoring business. Also provides a support group for the parents of participants, who meet to assist the development of their children, to further their own professional development, and to plan fundraising activities. There is also an active alumni group.
