Long Term Residential Treatment Program | House Of Hope For Recovery

Provides 24 adult males with a 6 month structured treatment program for alcohol and drug dependency. Participants learn coping skills to function successfully without alcohol and drugs. Services include group and individual counseling, anger and stress resolution, healthy living skills, sober leisure and recreation, relapse prevention, twelve step and community mental health linkage, GED support and an employment program.

Mental illness is a complex group of conditions that affect a person’s mood, thinking, and behavior. In our outpatient programs, we treat the following illnesses: Depression Anxiety PTSD Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality Disorder Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Dual Diagnosis for Co-Occurring Disorders Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs and all of your symptoms. What Does Help Look Like We offer a wide range of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, family education and counseling, and fitness and wellness education. When you’re in outpatient mental health treatment, whether you are stepping down from inpatient care or beginning treatment as an outpatient, your plan will include one of two programs. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic activities like yoga, music, and art. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider. Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.

The Conqueror'S Residential Men'S Program | Haven Of Rest Ministries

Provides long-term treatment in a 24-hour, supervised drug and alcohol-free environment for men who have problems related to substance abuse. The program's duration is three (3) months to one (1) year and offers a Christ-centered, structured, and goal-oriented environment. Activities include regular work assignments, life-application Bible studies, living skills, personal care classes, and wholesome recreation. All participants are required to attend Haven of Rest’s Innovative Learning Center and complete a series of courses designed to make them more employable.
