Seeks to reduce incidents of infant mortality in Cuyahoga County through partnerships and a unified strategy to reduce infant deaths and racial disparities. Agency's work includes focused research, educational programs and community awareness initiatives that address our priority areas of reducing racial disparities, addressing extreme prematurity and eliminating sleep-related deaths. Provides information on infant mortality issues and speakers who who can address this topic.

Program partners with local agencies to distribute safe sleep furniture, and education information to ensure safe sleep practices.

Program provides a holistic approach to substance abuse prevention services to pregnant women. Also provides some emergency shelter at OB/GYN offices and home visits after birth.
