Seeks to reduce infant mortality in Cuyahoga County through partnerships and a unified strategy to reduce infant deaths and racial disparities. Agency's work includes convening, local and statewide advocacy, focused research, professional education/support and community awareness initiatives that address priority areas of reducing disparities, addressing extreme prematurity and eliminating sleep-related deaths. The coalition works to encourage better birth outcomes by reducing racial and ethnic disparities in infant mortality.
