Cannot help with replacing a lost Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or lost proofs of naturalized citizenship.

Provides general pet care guidelines for people who own or are thinking about having a pet. Offers information to increase public awareness of the measures people can take to ensure their own safety and that of their children when dealing with family dogs or strange dogs that are encountered outside the home environment.

Provides general purpose physicals, immunizations against miscellaneous diseases, and pediatrics. Immunizations offered include childhood immunizations, HPV vaccine, shingles, and tetanus. Boosters are available for adults who have never had diseases such as measles/mumps/rubella. Boosters are also available if it has been more than 10 years since someone has been vaccinated against polio, meningitis, or Hepatitis B.

Guardianship program for severely mentally disabled persons who are identified by the mental health/developmental disabled systems for services. All referrals must go through clinical issues meetings or the case manager supervisor.

Services include parenting skills development and guidance on child development as well as providing assistance in dealing with behavioral problems. Will connect the client to additional resources and help in the community as needed.

A project providing services and programs to students, families, and the community so that all can be successful in school and life. Services include food bags, assistance with dental and vision, and other connections to community resources.
Also includes the Guests on DEC Literacy Project and acedemic tutoring and support.

For veterans, dependents of veterans, and survivors. Provides short-term financial assistance covering rent/mortgage, utilities, and food; dental and vision care; and other types of financial assistance on an as-needed basis. All funds are issued directly to the service provider. Can apply every 30 days.

In some cases, may provide assistance with paying for transportation to eligible individuals (payment would go directly to a service provider that the agency contracts with).
