Provides comprehensive, team-based treatment aimed at improving the mental health and quality of life for individuals who have experienced a first episode of Severe Depression and Bipolar Disorders with or without psychosis. The program promotes early identification and providing best treatment practices as soon as possible. Treatment includes psychiatric care, individual counseling, supported employment/education, family psychoeducation and case management that are all delivered in an integrated way by a six-person team.

The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to patients of all ages. Medical services will include, but are not limited to: treatment of illness such as ear aches, colds, sore throats, sinus infections and management of chronic disease such as diabetes; physical exams for work, school and sports; well-child exams; immunizations for children and adults; and women’s health including pregnancy tests and Pap tests. Dental services include cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, x-rays, fluoride treatments, oral health exams and oral cancer screenings. Other clinical services include substance abuse treatment and counseling services. Health Center staff will also connect patients with other community services that can help them, including tobacco cessation classes and nutrition counseling. Medical services are available at the East Main Street Danville Health Center location.

Provides police officers trained to assess and resolve the immediate emergency crisis involving individuals with mental health issues. Links the person with appropriate resources for ongoing assistance.

Provides free one-on-one and/or group tutoring and homework help. Students can access help for math, science, history, and language arts.

Accepts donations of non-perishable food items (canned food, dry goods, etc.), as well as donations of personal care and household cleaning products (soap, detergent, toiletries, etc.). Donations are then distributed free of charge to those in need.

Provides advance the health, rights, welfare, and quality of life of people receiving long term care services. State certified staff and volunteers investigate and resolve complaints for persons who live in nursing homes, assisted living homes, adult care facilities and individuals receiving home and community-based services. The Ombudsman provides information regarding Medicare, Medicaid, resident consumer rights and long term care quality options and alternatives. Serves nine counties: Clark, Champaign, Greene, Logan, Montgomery, Preble, Darke, Miami, and Shelby.

Provides formal instruction that focuses on developing a child's understanding and knowledge of basic skills such as language arts, social studies, math, and science.

Provides optometry and ophthalmologist services to veterans.

Regulates and provides information on groups that may solicit funds for charitable purposes in the State of Ohio. Keeps records of charitable organizations that are licensed with the State of Ohio and may provide financial statements of these organizations. Handles complaints about charities and provides information about which groups may raise funds for other agencies. Licenses charitable bingo games and offers information about them.

An integrated arts free charter school in Mansfield for grades kindergarten through 8th.

Offers a mutual support group whose members are caregivers. Meets in-person and provides emotional support, education, and resources to participants. Group is co-lead by Direction Home staff.

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health Psychiatry services are provided by compassionate psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and specially trained registered nurses who focus on the use of medications to treat mental health conditions. These conditions can include anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and addiction, among others.
