Two card types are available: compliant cards, which meet federal REAL ID requirements for air travel, and standard cards, which are not accepted for domestic air travel as of May 7, 2025. Individuals may not hold both a state identification card and a driver’s license. Cards are valid for eight years and expire on the holder’s birthday.

Provides aid to families in the form of a voucher to buy items or pay for services that are emergencies and non-recurring and which cannot be addressed using existing community resources. Assistance is provided only for items that are essential for the applicant's employment, job training, or education such as: car repairs, car payments, or car insurance payments; car down payment; work clothing and uniforms; and tools and safety equipment. Also will help pay for professional testing/certification and licensing fees, identification materials (driver's license, state identification, birth certificates), driver's education, and other items as deemed appropriate by the agency. Transportation to work provided through the most cost effective means. A budget will need to be completed.

Provides mediation services for the court. Where deemed appropriate, civil cases filed in the General Division may be referred to mediation in an attempt to avoid the need for formal litigation. Mediations are conducted by court staff and trained community volunteers under the supervision of the Administrative Assistant of the Self Help Center and Dispute Resolution Department. Does not mediate criminal or domestic relations cases.

Provides assistance with the purchase of a vehicle. Participants set a savings goal toward the purchase. Once the goal is reached, the agency can match the amount up to program cap. Funds can be used to purchase a used car (either in full or as down payment). Clients can use their tax return to meet their savings goal. Eligible participants must complete financial empowerment classes as well as asset training classes. Client is required to open a savings account and deposit scheduled payments. This program can take three months to one year.

A non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 and in Kindergarten to 19. Youth ages 5 and who are in Kindergarten to age 8 can participate in the Cloverbud Program.
