A respite center is operating at the Muskingum Valley Vineyard church at 299 Putnam Avenue. The center is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and being facilitated in partnership with Muskingum County Unified Command, United Way and Zane State College. Since many homeless shelters have had to suspend overnight services, shelter and rest will be provided. Only 10 people may be in the center at one time. Foodbags from Eastside will be given out. Each hour there will be something planned for participants. Friday will offer a spiritual aspect for participants.
Provides a drop in center with coffee, laundry, hot showers, and telephone for individuals experiencing homelessness. Offers various engagement and social services to individuals who are currently homeless and have a mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. Will assess any individual who is homeless and connect them to agencies that best meets the individual's needs.

Day Shelter for the homeless they can come in to get showers, do a load of laundry and receive lunch. Free Breakfast is opened to anyone for a free meal. Offer furniture and clothing bank by appointment only. Also offer Sunday lunch meal. Emergency shelter only in the winter time from December till February for overnight stay but they have to leave in the morning.
