Provides information with such things as: budgeting, credit, the home buying process, mortgages, taxes, maintenance, etc. Will review documents in order to assist the home buyer in understanding them. Will also review loan documents to check for any potential predatory lending issues.

Offers classes on a variety of topics including budgeting, saving, improving credit, workforce literacy (prejob guidance, life skills, etc.) computer training and preparing for home ownership. One on one counseling in these areas is also available upon request.
