Funds and arranges support services for adults with developmental disabilities living in group or individual community living arrangements in settings of choice with three or fewer other individuals with developmental disabilities. People who enroll in RSS have increased needs, but do not require long-term care in an institution, such as a nursing home or hospital.

Provides permanent housing in a supervised environment with supportive services to adults who have a major mental illness and are homeless. Offers case management, assistance with activities of daily living, and one meal a day. Residents are supervised from morning to evening.

The memory care unit offers specific services to residents who are suffering from Alzheimer's disease, dementia or memory impairment.

Serves individuals with a diagnosed chronic mental illness who are able to live on their own by providing quality, affordable housing in 20 scattered site apartments in Port Clinton.

Assisted Living community assists residents with activities of daily living and basic care support in a homelike or apartment setting. Residents receive three meals a day, recreational and social activities, housekeeping, linen service, apartment maintenance and transportation. Trained caregivers provide attention and assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing and cooking 24-hours a day. In addition, staff will coordinate services with outside healthcare providers and monitor residents to ensure they are healthy. The F.F. Mueller Residential Center is a State licensed and Department of Health certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID.) Individuals with severe developmental disabilities receive 24-hour/7 days a week nursing care and active treatment. It is located on the main campus of Developmental Disabilities of Clark County. Staff receives specialized training to work with and meet the social, psychological, medical, developmental, educational, and vocational needs of the individuals who call this their home. The FF Mueller Center is funded by Medicaid and our local levy.

Provides 24-hour care and assists adults with autism to learn skills that will help them in daily life.

Contracts with an outside agency to offer a care facility which provides intensive medical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the specialized health needs of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The facility consists of two housing units that accommodate around 13 individuals.
